Entry Level : Open Water Scuba Diver

What you will learn:

Diving Equipment: Mastering the scuba unit, regulators, and buoyancy control.
The Science of Diving: An introduction to diving physics, pressure, and how it affects the human body.
Essential Skills: Safe entry/exit techniques, underwater communication (hand signals), and confined water training.
Ocean Exploration: Your first four open water dives to build confidence in real-world conditions.

Safety & Leadership: Rescue Diver

What you will learn:

Stress Management: Identifying and dealing with diver stress and self-rescue techniques.
First Aid & Oxygen: Managing barotrauma, using pocket masks, and operating oxygen equipment.
Rescue Skills: Handling conscious and unconscious injured divers, egress, and evacuation procedures.
Search and Rescue (SAR): Training for lost diver scenarios and mission-based diving.

Advanced: Open Water Diver

What you will learn:

Applied Physics: Deep dive into gas laws (Charles, Henry, and Dalton’s Law) and nitrox diving theory.
Decompression Theory: Understanding risks, dive tables, and safe ascent planning.
Physiology: Learning how the body uses oxygen and treatment for diving injuries.
Specialist Electives
Customize your training based on your interests. Choose up to three modules:
Deep Diving: Training for deeper exploration and decompression.
Underwater Navigation: Mastering compass use and natural landmarks.
Night Diving: Exploring the reef in limited visibility.

Requirements

You just need to be at least 10 years old and in good physical health.

Pro-Tip: Many of our students choose to buy their own Mask and Fins before the course for a perfect, comfortable fit. Check with our diving instructor during the pool dive sessions.
